Versatile Pacific Shipyard [49.309825,-123.079235] In Season 1 Episodes 3 & 9, Season 2 Episodes 2,5,6,9,12,15, Season 3 Episode 3, Season 4 Episode 6 A *lot* of warehouse and dock scenes from many episodes were filmed at the abandoned Versatile Pacific Shipyard, which closed in 1992. Several years ago, the area was renovated and turned into the Shipbuilders' Square heritage site that is there now.
