The interiors of the dojo and loft apartment were filmed on a sound stage at the Plaza of Nations production offices, but the exterior shots and scenes were filmed at the end of Cambie St in Gastown. According to it, the remaining building (750 Pacific Blvd) is also going to be torn down and replaced.

Outdoor path near Plaza of Nations ferry dock [49.274243,-123.110442] Also in Season 2 Episode 14 In 'Turnabout', MacLeod and Dawson walk southwest along the path. The grey building in the background was the production office (no longer there), and the Plaza of Nations flagpoles can be seen behind Joe on the right as they walk.
